Easter Weekend

We found a Danish Æbleskiver pan at the Scandinavian store in the mall so we bought it and I tried cooking some last weekend. I totally ruined the first pan but quickly got the hang of it after that. The girls used to eat them a lot when we were living in Denmark and they really like them. They turned out pretty good, I was surprised!
