I have one leaky toilet upstairs (dripping through the ceiling) and one that constantly flushes itself downstairs, and I don't even care right now because these mushrooms are SO GOOD!
No, not "shrooms, man", baby bellas. I sauteed them in REAL butter (none of that fake crap) and sprinkled them with sea salt. WOW. I'm imagining that I have a fat juicy steak and a glass of red wine to go with them. Sorry, salmon, I don't mean to turn on you like that. I still love you.
Oh, and roasted asparagus.
My perfect meal.
And now I think I know what I'm making for dinner tonight!
